★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les employés n'ont aucun respect pour les gens autours d'eux, ils crient et chantent lors de leurs travails et lorsqu'on leurs demandent de baisser le ton, ils provoquent et défie les gens du regard en passant des commentaires injurieux. Ils offrent peut-être un bon service, mais cela manque clairement de respect.
Employees have no respect for the people around them, they shout and sing during their work and when asked to lower their tone, they tease and defy people with offensive comments. They might be providing good service, but it clearly disrespects.
