â â â â â J'ai demandĂ© un devis par internet SANS ĂȘtre appelĂ© (formellement cochĂ©). Le lendemain une personne me contacte ... je lui explique mon souhait mais prendre quand mĂȘme la peine d elui expliquĂ© que ce n'est qu un devis et que ce n'est pas du tout pour tout de suite ..... le lendemain la personne m'appelle encore pour savoir si j'ai pris ma dĂ©cision .... si vous n'ĂȘtes pas en mesure de respecter le souhait de votre client au niveau du devis, je n'ose pas imaginer par la suite !! A FUIR!
I asked for a quote online WITHOUT being called (formally checked). The next day a person contacts me ... I explain my wish but still take the trouble to explain that it is only a quote and that it is not at all for now ..... next day the person calls me again to know if I have made my decision .... if you are not able to respect the wish of your customer at the level of the estimate, I dare not imagine thereafter! ! TO FLEE!

Wow what a great service I received! A team of 3 guys, super courteous, polite, professional, patient, FAST and MINUTE! I am truly blown away with the service I received from start to finish. It's so hard to find reliable moving companies ... but I recommend JMR Express to everyone I've known since. Don't ask yourself any more questions and choose them! You don't regret it! I had an excellent experience with JMR Moving! Even though they were unfortunately no longer available on the date I had reserved, Nicole went out of her way to find us a team for our move. We were treated to a caring, serious team that gave us confidence from A to Z. We are very satisfied :)

I was very satisfied with the service received, both on the phone with Ms. Roy for the reservation and with the 3 movers on the day of the move. They were punctual, courteous, respectful, professional and very efficient. This is the first time I have dealt with movers and I have no regrets. It's a sum well invested considering the work they have provided. Thank you!

â â â â â Not one to review but with the great service I got why not. JMR has been is business for many years so it only made sense to go with the best. Excellent communication from start to finish. The quote was given the same day and the prIce could not be beat, especially having a team of 3 guys. They where very professional and handled all my furniture with care. Everything was very well protected. Will definitely use JMR in my future moves. 100% satisfied ?

â â â â â This is the worst experience ever.
On 2011 plan moving to the north shore, the truck was supposed to be at my place @ 9am, after many calls and arguments on the phone with client services, the truck showed up @ 1pm. we begin moving boxes to the new place in our cars, while we were waiting for the truck to show up.
The movers took forever to bring down the appliances and big stuff, which was the only things left.
After giving driving instructions for the short way to go to our new place, they took the long way!
And took longer to move the stuff in.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
