Customer service with no experience.
Moved in 8 months after their promised date, no air-conditioning , no balcony (couldn't open our doors, unsafe), no hot water, building smells of cigarette smoke, cheap finishes- ceiling already leaking.. the list goes on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am beyond disappointed with the management. Please do your due diligence prior to moving into this rental building.
- My move-in date got delayed by 6 months (delays that were in no way related to COVID).
- I had to purchase insulating tape for my apartment door because the hallways smell like cigarettes to the point that my entire apartment smelled like it.
- Continuous problems with the hot water (rarely ever have and if we do, it is often after 5 consecutive minutes of running the water).
- Moved in and received balcony rails only 2 months after, which was extremely dangerous and I was not able to use my balcony during that time.
- Received AC unit only 2 months after moving in, after a heat wave. I was not able to stay in the apartment as it had reached a 35 degrees Celsius temperature.
- The building does not offer recycling.
- I still have a hole in my wall even after telling management at least 3 times about it and requesting it to get fixed.
