★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belle équipe, dynamique et professionnelle... Ils ont fait des pieds et des mains pour rencontrer nos exigences et, en plus, ils nous ont accomodé, pour ne pas dire "sauver le derrière", face à un ou deux problème rencontrés à la dernière minute... Wow!! Un gros MERCI!!!
Beautiful team, dynamic and professional ... They went out of their way to meet our requirements and, in addition, they accommodated us, not to say "save the bottom", facing one or two problems encountered at the last minute ... Wow !! A big thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils ont abimé mes meubles, mes murs, et j'ai dû payer 450$ de plus à cause d'une mauvaise évaluation de déménagement alors même que la personne s'était déplacée chez moi pour faire l'évaluation de mes biens ! Je ne les recommande pas du tout! J'ai été extrêmement déçue !
They ruined my furniture, my walls, and I had to pay $ 450 more because of a bad move evaluation even though the person had moved to my house to do an assessment of my property! I do not recommend them at all! I was extremely disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On nous a proposé un camion de déménagement trop petit malgré les spécifications données. Nous avons demandé à ce que le module de jeux de notre fille soit déménagé (il était déjà démonté) comme l'espace était restraint à cause du camion prévu trop petit, nous avons demandé d'apporter les gros morceaux que nous ne pouvions pas mettre dans une voiture. Une fois le camion déchargé à la maison, nous avons vu que plusieurs choses étaient abîmés. Bris de meubles (recouvrement d'une chaise d'ordinateur en cuir déchiré, stand de télévision fendu) et dans la maison (rampe d'escaliers et marches vers le sous-sol, porte d'entrée principale endommagée). Le déménageur le plus âgé niait tout et disait que c'était déjà ainsi. J'ai du me battre pour que tout cela soit pris en note sur papier avant de payer le service. On me dit qu'il n'y a pas de copie pour moi puisque la facture me sera acheminée par courriel. Nous avons dû retourner à l'appartement et avons rempli nos 2 voitures avec ce qu'il restait. Nous avons vu que le gypse dans la chambre de notre puce avait été defoncé où ils ont démonté son lit. Nous avons ensuite vu qu'ils avait laissé LE plus long poteau du module de jeux à l'appartement...
Plus tard dans la semaine j'ai vu que notre porte d'entrée était abîmée également. J'ai donc contacté la compagnie pour les aviser.
Le déménagement a eu lieu le 28 octobre, nous sommes maintenant le 6 novembre et je n'ai toujours pas reçu de facture de leur part par courriel tel que prévu. J'ai donc payé comptant et j'attends encore la preuve. Gestionnaire très peu réceptif, qui prétend comprendre mais entend ce qu'il veut seulement.
COMPAGNIE À ÉVITER SI VOUS TENEZ À VOS BIENS ET A VOTRE DOMICILE !!!

We were offered a moving truck that was too small despite the specifications given. We asked that our daughter's play module be moved (it was already disassembled) as the space was limited due to the truck being too small, we asked to bring the big pieces that we could not put in a car. Once the truck was unloaded at home, we saw that several things were damaged. Breakage of furniture (covering of a torn leather computer chair, split TV stand) and in the house (staircase and steps to the basement, damaged main entrance door). The older mover denied everything and said it was already like that. I had to fight to have it all written down on paper before paying for the service. I am told that there is no copy for me since the invoice will be sent to me by email. We had to return to the apartment and filled our 2 cars with what was left. We saw that the gypsum in our chip's room had been smashed where they dismantled his bed. We then saw that they had left THE longest post in the game module at the apartment ...
Later in the week I saw that our front door was also damaged. So I contacted the company to advise them.
The move took place on October 28, it is now November 6 and I still have not received an invoice from them by email as expected. I therefore paid cash and I am still awaiting proof. Very unresponsive manager, who claims to understand but hears what he only wants.
COMPANY TO AVOID IF YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR PROPERTY AND YOUR HOME !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils ont effectué min déménagement aujourd'hui et ça c'est super bien passer. Les gars son minutieux et ils emballent tout les gros meuble. Leurs prix son très excellent poir le travail. Je recommence sans problème cette entreprise.
They made a min move today and that's great to spend. The guys are meticulous and they pack all the big furniture. Their prices are very good for work. I start again without problem this company.
