★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait affaire avec ABS il y a 15 ans, et le service était impeccable, professionnel et courtois. Cette année, ce fut autre chose. Les déménageurs étaient jeunes et sans expérience. Ils ont brisé la vitre de notre table de salon, quand j'ai téléphoné deux semaines plus tard, la personne qui répond au téléphone n'était même pas au courant. Elle ne nous a pas rappelé depuis. Le réfrigérateur était bossé à l'avant et arrivé à la nouvelle maison, il ne fonctionnait plus. Les déménageurs ont oublié deux gros meubles au sous-sol. Ils ont dit à la compagnie que j'avais fait le tour avec eux, ce qui est faux. Il m'a dit: Le sous-sol est vide, j'ai pris sa parole. Ils sont venus chercher les deux meubles deux jours plus tard et nous ont chargé une heure supplémentaire !!! J'essayais d'attraper un de mes chats pour l'isoler dans une pièce. J'avais demandé à un déménageur de me dire quand il enlèverait le lit car j'aurais fermé la porte pour l'attraper, ce qu'il n'a pas fait. Résultat: Mon chat s'est sauvé dehors et maintenant trois semaines plus tard, je ne l'ai toujours pas récupéré, il est traumatisé. C'est la deuxième et dernière fois que je ferai affaire avec ABS.
 We did business with ABS 15 years ago, and the service was impeccable, professional and courteous. This year it was something else. The movers were young and inexperienced. They broke the glass of our coffee table, when I phoned two weeks later, the person who answers the phone was not even aware. She has not called us back since. The refrigerator was bumpy in the front and arrived at the new house, it was no longer working. The movers have forgotten two large pieces of furniture in the basement. They told the company that I had gone around with them, which is wrong. He told me: The basement is empty, I took his word. They picked up the two pieces of furniture two days later and charged us an extra hour !!! I was trying to catch one of my cats to isolate him in a room. I had asked a mover to tell me when he would remove the bed because I would have closed the door to catch him, which he did not do. Result: My cat fled out and now, three weeks later, I still have not recovered, he is traumatized. This is the second and last time I will be dealing with ABS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait appel à ABS pour un déménagement - service A1. Ils ont enveloppé tous les meubles, ils ont été rapides, efficaces et courtois (même si c'était leur deuxième déménagement de la journée). Aucun bris, aucune plainte, que du bon service. Je recommande chaleureusement!
I called on ABS for a move - A1 service. They wrapped up all the furniture, they were quick, efficient and courteous (even though it was their second move of the day). No breakage, no complaints, only good service. I warmly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved ABS Transport's services months ahead of time and put a 200$ deposit down for a July 1st move. Two hours before the scheduled time they called me and told me they wouldn't be able to make it. They left me completely stranded with no alternatives except for a mere "sorry" on a day where there are no movers, trucks or trailers available anywhere in the city unless you booked months ahead. This is no way to manage a moving company. Do not trust. Stay away.
