Demenagement are the worst movers ever....driver was the rudest person I have ever met. The furniture was not covered and the damage is unbeliveabl....its to bad 1 star is as low as you can go because even that is to high.

These 3 guys worked like crazy in close to 40 c. Good crue and professional and innovative. Merci!

I used this company on June 30th, there were furniture damage and property damage, in my house they damaged the wall corners of going down in the basement, in my new appartment they damaged the wall going to the bedrooms and the coushon floor in the washroom, my dresses were damaged and my sofa was ripped. I advised the one in charge of the move which called the owner and he said he would come fix the things, I never got a.call back, I tried to call several times but he doesn't answer his phone. They are movers but not professional ones. They did not wrap my furniture. My fridge doors had to be taken off which they did, with my tools as they didn't have any, once in my new place they didn't put the fridge together properly, and lost one of my shelves for the fridge, although the one in charge was nice, they are not professional movers, they charge full price as a professional mover would, they took my move when no one else would but they were not respectful towards the handling of my furniture , and were not respectful towards the neignours in the sense that they were loud, they fooled around and did a lot of swearing, when we arrived at the new place it was midnight and they were extremely hyper and loud and fooling around. They put food from my fridge in the storage underneath other boxes it didn't smell very good. I lost all my food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF U HAVE A LARGE MOVE., my move was last minute however they didn't need to damage my things

After the phone call I just witnessed between a customer and the owner of this company, I'm disgusted by the way he( owner) treated , the customer. Completely unprofessional. Not taking responsibility for damages caused by his workers and calling the customer a liar! Then towards the end if the call, pretends to not speak English after speaking it 3/ 4 through the call .unprofessional.

We used this company to move last week. They were excellent. Carl and Adrian were both very polite and really pleasant. They were very hard workers and didnt waste any time. They new exactly what to load first and when the truck was loaded it looked like a jigsaw puzzle they had put together. Not one thing was broken. Thank you so much for all your hard work boys. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY EVER! Not only did it take 2 days for them to deliver my belongings from a 10x10 size storage unit less then 30min away, with 2 guys showing up between 8-10pm each nite (noting no one ever called to notify me of anything, I had to make several phone calls over the two days to find out that either the driver walked off the job, orthey took too small of a truck, or they needed another day, no one ever said a word to me, while I waited around for them!!) They were originally supposed to show up Monday afternoon only as per quote. This company has continued to help themselves to my credit card making multiple transactions for large amounts with no consent or permission on my part, and no receipts, phone calls, any communication or invoices on their part (noting the transaction amounts aren't even the same as the initial quote) This company committs fraud, will treat you like garbage, and that's when you can get a hold of someone, and will damage your belongings! STAY AWAY and spend your money on a better moving company, this one is a rip off, even their own employees walk off the job!!

Im giving this moving company a 3 star rating as I wait and see if my complaint is dealt with soon ... as I wait and see if I change my rating to a 5 or 1 star depending on the outcome. My next door neighbor moved using this company a few weeks ago. When the truck was pulling out of her driveway they used my driveway across the street to turn the truck around and in doing so rip out my cloths line as the truck pulled in and out of the driveway. No one mentioned anything to me, when I came home from work to find my clothes line ripped out its another neighbor who came over to tell me that he saw the moving truck himself as they pulled in and out of my driveway catching the clothes line in the prosses. The next day I talked to my ex neighbor, now moved out, and asked her if she could see about having my clothes lines fixed. She said it would be no problem and that she had payed for insurance for the moving service and that she had to put in a claim for other small damages that occurred during the move. Weeks later no news ... I call her again and she says that the moving company is not being very helpfull and that they seem to be giving her the run around which seems sad to me as she is a little old lady. So I decide to call the company myself and see if I have better luck. 1st attempt seems fruitful. The lady I talk to is very courteous, takes down my info, reassures me that they have handy men type employees who deal with these small issues all the time and tells me that the boss will call me back. 24 hrs later ... still no call ... I call back again. This time I get another lady on the phone who is not quite as courteous as the 1st one. She doesn't seem to say that I would be entitled to any time of claim, that it should have been done within 48hrs of the move. I told her that my Ex neighbor was taking care of it I though at 1st shortly after the moving date, but that after having no luck she seemed to have given up. The lady on the phone told to to hold the line and that she would put the boss on, 2sec pass, she comes quickly back on the line to tell me that ''the boss is busy, he is in court'' I am told that he will call me back and I am still waiting. We will see how this plays out and if ''Déménagement Gatineau'' will help me with my little problem caused by their move next door. I will keep this post as 3 star as we ''wait for the verdict'' ... :-/

Friendly service, though charged us over double our quote upon completion. We requested a quote for moving 1 washer and 1 drier. On the phone, we were quoted $115 + $25 + $86.25, for a total of $226.25, and agreed to this price. No electronic quote was shared. No conditions were mentioned. Upon completion of the job, we were told they needed to charge $524.46, as 3-hours was the minimum they could charge for a job. We were never notified of this condition before this point. No written record of this was shared with us until after the job was complete. No verbal mention of this was ever brought up. I called the manager four times over the week to resolve the issue. I was always directed immediately to voicemail, and never received a return call. Upon calling customer service, they relayed that the manager (Tony) refused to refund any portion back. Disappointed in their avoidance in addressing our concern. Will pursue what legal options are available.
