★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the neighbor of a person who used their services today.
Here is a list of my complaints:
1) Throwing their cigarette butts on the ground,
2) Leaving the trash from their lunches on my steps (coke cans and junk food containers...)
3) Leaving their used masks and latex gloves (Covid-19...) on the sidewalk.
When I called the company to advise them of this inappropriate behaviour, it seemed as if they couldn’t have cared less... hence this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service, they have a solid team. They were careful, fast, on time, well organized, great communicators and I felt in great hands with them. Strongly recommending them. They are the best movers I`ve ever used.thanks :))))))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible....simply terrible. The move was scheduled for 9 AM (the first move of the day), but the truck only arrived at 11 AM. Moreover, to receive updates on the status of the truck, I needed to call customer service multiple times (as opposed to them calling me). Each time I called, the serviceperson become more rude and indifferent to my situation, as if requesting them to show up at the time they specified was too much to ask. I never received an apology or excuse for why they showed up 2 hours late. If you have ANY other options available to you, I advise you opt for them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A SMOOTH MOVE AND MAINTAIN YOUR SANITY!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used demenagement Olympique for my move on May 1st and I have to say I was dissatisfied with the lack of after service care. My move was scheduled for 9AM and was pushed back to 11AM, which I was fine with. Then to be told at 11:30AM that they did not have a truck for me....when they did find a truck I was told 2PM. It showed up at 3:45PM. The moving crew was very good and by that time very tired with my move being their third of the day.
I emailed and called customer service several times asking for some sort of compensation for my wasted time waiting around and have yet to receive a call. I would not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved on dec 8th and I DO NOT refer this company to no one. The movers made me bought lunch for them and charged me for the time they were eating. They also kept my TV in their truck until I pay them an extra $180 in cash for ''tips'' they were saying... and tried to made me pay the whole bill in cash but I refused. Most of my furniture was damaged badly and one was totally broken but than they show on their invoice that there's a deductible of 200$ (which was not discusted prior to moving). This company is a total scam, they will rip you off and hold your belonging hostage until they get want they want. They should be arrested! This is the perfect example of BAD BUSINESS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to edit my review for the experience went really bad. Initially, my review was [The team was nice and friendly. Mamo and 2 other guys made it a fun and easy experience moving.]
After I wrote the initial review, one of the guys told me 10% minimum tips is required but we prefer 15%, and then when they arrived to their office they charged me an extra 15% without my authorisation or even checking first.
My move was over 2 days, The second day, 3 new guys came to my new place:
1- They said they've been trying to call me for over 30 min and i didn't answer: wasn't the case for i answered the moment their officecalled me
2- communicating with them was hard: no French or English ( used simple words to communicate)
3- whenever I say something they would freeze for few minutes and i had no idea what was happening
4- Pretty slow and not willing to speed up the move
5- I had to watch and guide them on how to do their job until the end
All that mentioned, I had really bad experience and hidden cost which was not well communicated by the Head office.
Be careful whenever trying to go with this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor time management and customer service, they took 20 minutes to clean the truck in the beginning , while they were on assignment and charging us.
They were deliberately slow when moving our stuff, then took about 20 minutes break in between (again charging). There was a 15 minutes drive from our two places where they took 1h to arrive to the second place!
Once unpacked, I noticed some of our furniture were damaged, and when objecting to some points they stopped working and asked us to call their manager in a rude manner who also backed them up!!
In the end, we ended up paying 6h of work for a 700 square feet! Note that we had no appliances and most of our boxes were already moved, and detached. so 6 hours pay for Just a couple furnitures!
Save your money and time and find somewhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had them move me out and into storage, the two gentlemen who came to help were professional, kind and courteous.
Pricing for movers is competitive compared to most companies, I think oils say give this company a chance as it is under new administration.

After having them move me out into storage and back in to my new place, I am pleased to say I was happy and impressed with their service. My only gripe is the minimum requirement of 3 hours for the rate of pay, which includes 1 hour travel. For small moves, it is much, but all moving companies charge similar.
Overall, move went well, no stories, no issues, would recommend!
