Our place of business is located in Carstairs, Alberta. Our company is dedicated to having our customers satisfied and happy with all of the service work on their RV's. We are also dedicated to ensuring that our customers are pleased before, during and after the sales process. We service all makes and types of units. Goosenecks, Horsetrailers, Cargo Trailers, Flatdeck Trailers, Utilities, and much more.
If you do not have a tow vehicle and need your unit moved Deluxe RV will be happy to tow your unit to our shop in order to complete the necessary work.
Insurance claims are welcome, we do hail repairs, lino installation, driver damage and even custom work.
Any Repair big or small we can handle any of your needs.
We keep a great selection of new and used RV's in stock. We also offer financing.
We are an AMVIC Licensed Business.

Would recommend then for used trailers . Service there is excellent as well very well knowledge in the new and used trailers . 5 stars in my book all the way .

Also gave me a warranty for the summer which I had to use as the trailer leaked. They fixed the leak and another small electrical issue with no questions. I can say I appreciated how they honored their warranty and honesty in the sale and service. I mostly dealt with Shane.

Luckily I talked to Shane and Chris at Deluxe RV in Carstairs. What a breath of fresh air to deal with people that know what they are doing and at the same time care about you the customer. I just went back for some maintenance and electrical service and nothing has changed. The same great service, great attitude, knowledgeable and affordable pricing. Sorry guys but you are stuck with me, my family and friends that own RV's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a used 27' trailer from Deluxe RV and am very impressed with the team. This is a quality outfit that makes commitments and keeps their word. I definitely recommend them. We bought our RV in the middle of January 2021 so we weren't able to test out everything prior to purchase due to the cold but Kurtis and team committed that everything would work. When we picked up the trailer in the spring everything indeed worked, they had not just tested everything, they had also replaced some items including the awning which had holes in it and this was done at their expense. And when we picked up the trailer in the spring Ray spent significant time going through the operation of everything. Several weeks later we discovered a problem where the wheels were significantly out of alignment, we went back to Deluxe EV and they helped us resolve the issue with an equitable solution that I was happy about. These guys are top notch!
