From the appointment to the finished product you receive informative information. Procedures,costs,coverage is thorough, & clear. Scheduled times are honoured. Reception area is comfortable,clean,& well stocked with drinks,reading material,TV. Hygiene is clearly visible in all rooms. Quality choices are clearly explained. Parking is reserved for patients. Very professional in all aspects.

Gino was great the first time I went there for a reline. When I tried again to arrange for a full denture, I just couldn't get past the receptionist. I agree with the others review: it seems to me she is an extremely rude, unhelpful lady. GB replies: (1)"you have written 2 insulting emails". Absolutely false. Here is a copy of my email of Sept 6 this year "I'd like to suggest again that you put your hours of operation on the website. It would save a trip to find that you are closed this week". Clearly that is polite and not insulting. I do not question the choice of holidays, but it would be considerate to post the hours. Takes a few minutes per month, or 17 seconds on Google page. (2)Here's another lie. GB says; "you walked in without an appointment and this is not the first time you have done such" - I was not in their office from 2013 when the reline was completed until Oct 12 this year. Totally false. This suggests that I had entered the office without an appointment, had the procedure explained to me, and repeated that behavior. Totally untrue. (3)"Teesha has spent a lot of time patiently emailing you back and forth for very, very many months - outlining our policies and how to co-ordinate the scheduling of the required appointments". My reply: - I see two short emails on the same day from TB - it is a lie and ridiculous to call two short emails on one day "back and forth for months". - "Outlining our policies"? Here is my request: "You have advised that you can't give the information I requested by email. Perhaps it would be best if I stopped by one time I am in Edmonton. Should I make an appointment for that?" Here is TB reply: "nothing" (4)The rating is 3.7 stars out of 5. However, one 5star rating is by Teesha - the same name as the receptionist. I suspect that the receptionist has given her business 5 stars, and GB complements himself on receiving that (illegal on Google and Yelp - now removed but I copied it). If you eliminate that review, the rating is lower. Maybe the other 5stars are also suspect. (5)"Please reach out to me directly by telephone". Telephone tag, obsolete. Emails allow contact at any time. (6)All I was asking was a firm quote for making the denture (without charging $100 again, for seeing Borelli to ask this question, which is what I suspect he was aiming for). I will not accept a verbal quote as "it is not worth the paper it is printed on". The alternate was to come to the office and get the quote written. That failed, and was refused. Why not just take my request and speak with Borelli when he was available, then take a moment to look at my chart and send the price? Or since Borelli says he heard the conversation and wasn't with a customer, wouldn't it be considerate of him to take a minute to see my chart and give me a price, rather than require me to return at another time? (7)He deleted: ""*** It should be noted by those that read this review that I did not make your original Full Upper Denture and I don't know the reason you did not wish to return back to the denturist that made it for you only 3 years earlier to have it relined.***". Nasty, and implications untrue. Just wanted to move from South side to closer - the other denturist was great.(8)Borelli says: "additionally, the ONLY other negative reviewer has NEVER even been here- so not a reliable review whatsoever!!" EXACTLY, EXACTLY what I say . He couldn't get by customer relations (9)"Your 2 star review could negatively impact our business". No, I changed it to 1 star after your comments. No, I believe your customer relations could have that impact.

I have been going to Delton for a least the past ten years and have nothing but good things to say. Have been wearing dentures for the past fifty four years and they have given me the best fit ever.Only once have I ever had to go back for adjustments on a reline. I now have implants in my lower jar, they did the original denture four years ago and I just had a reline done , no sore spots , what more can you ask.I recomend Delton to anyone I talk to who needs dentures of any kind .As far as I am concerned they are the best.One other thing they explain everything that they are doing for you and if they revomend something there is a reason for it which they will tell you.

Terrible customer service. Called to asked about dentures and was greeting by a rude lady. These people won't give out their names, to even identify who we are talking to. The male (assuming) is the owner was extremely rude also. I asked to know what the 122.00 exam fee included and basically was told it's just to look in your mouth and check out the teeth! Sounds to me like these two are only willing to take your money and run!! Terrible customer service. Update: delton denture told me to call someone else. So I did. Most other denture offices have a free consultation. ;)

I cannot recommend Delton Denture Clinic more! I tried to carefully research denturists online with little success -- there just aren't a lot of reviews for this profession, but the few reviews that were out there spoke highly of Delton Denture Clinic and Dr. Gino Borelli in particular. Now I know why! Gino is very particular -- a perfectionist who knows his business inside and out. After several bad experiences with other denturists, both for myself and my dad, Gino was a breath of fresh air. My partial plate was well-constructed, secure, it looked beautiful, and it feels like a part of my mouth. I cannot tell you what a nice comparison it was compared the the ill-fitting, cheaply made, crooked partial I had made through a different office. Gino is attentive, professional, timely and very, very particular about making sure your teeth look and fit as perfectly as possible. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

As a younger woman who has struggled with dental problems and self image issues as a result, I cannot say any negative things about this establishment. Gino is amazing, thorough, kind, reassuring, caring and calming. I was pleasantly surprised by his process and final product. He accomplished more than giving me a fabulous smile....he gave me my confidence back. Teesha is so sweet and accommodating as well. It was an already great experience but she managed to make it better every time I walked in. I couldn't possibly be any happier.

When I arranged an appointment to look in To my dental problem, I was greeted with great service and care.I have a hair lip and a high roof. The clinic took on my problem where others would not. He took the time to measure and a linement for my dentures. I am into my second month with my dentures and very pleased. Gino and the staff were very help full, in setting up my appointments and follow up. I recommend them Fully.

Make you feel like they have known you for years and care about you! - WOMO Certified Review I did not post this on the Google site, so I do not know how it got here??? The first set I got was great, but the next time, after a couple months, some of the teeth just feel out! I was not eating, just talking. Thank God it didn’t happen at work. They did fix them, but they never sent me a card to come back.
