★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very friendly however the airplane seating and aisles are so tight. On the 8 Delta flights i have taken this month they have never stocked all 4 of the complimentary snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My only complaint was that when we went to check in for our flight because there was a maintenance delay for our aircraft they made us see and ticket agent instead of using the kiosk. This didn't change anything as they didn't have any other options and assured us we'd still make our flight except for the agent saying I needed to check my carry on bag as it wouldn't fit in the bin. Now I agree it wouldn't fit in their bin but most of the carry on luggage going on a flight won't fit in the bin. I've traveled for 7 years with this particular carry on and never had an issue with it fitting in the overhead bin and never had an agent say I needed to check it. But this agent was insistent on it needing to be checked. I have the Delta AMEX credit card and should have received the free checked bag as well but she insisted that it wasn't an option. So I had to pay for it on top of not getting the bag once I got to Minneapolis because the Delta flight was so delayed we missed our connecting flight. So ended up going to the hotel without my checked bag because it was going to take the baggage people 45 minutes to find and deliver it. In the end if the agent wouldn't have insisted on checking the bag it wouldn't have been a big deal but with all the other problems they had this day, that was kind of the icing on the cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have not been on Delta in a while and hope not to again. The air caben pressure on landings is terrible and the cabin air was incredibly dry. My ears hurt for 2 days after my flight.
I do fly a lot on Air Canada and I have never had my ears pop out . I had almost forgot that it happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’re so annoying, not listening to any of the guest. Was late for 2 mins and they cancelled my whole flight just by saying that’s your fault not ours and we cannot do anything. I appreciate and obey their rules but what if the person had an emergency so I had. The staff was so rude that she said I’m here from whole day and I didn’t see you. But Thanks to that lady for ruining my whole trip, the flight was supposed to depart at 5:25 pm and they departed at 5:17pm by not updating the time on any of the information screen their neither my email or phone which I already signed-up while my check-in i.e., 24 hours before. :-(
