J	Jasmin Gill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could, I would give zero stars for customer service. The staff was incredibly rude. I understand that there is a tight schedule they have to follow, however, their attitude is ruining the atmosphere. Players come to have fun and let loose, not stand there and take bs from instructors. It was a hot day so everyone was already agitated, they added on top. Reading other reviews, I can see their negative attitude is a constant problem. I hope the management can improve this flaw in order to lighten the atmosphere and allow everyone to get their money’s worth happily. Lastly, the masks felt as if they were never disinfected and smelt disgusting. If we’re going to have these glued to our faces for a long period of time, sanitation is a must. Other than the masks and rude service, everything was great! The grounds were laid out nicely and the themes were fun. If you guys can handle disrespect and unbreathable masks, I’d suggest this is the place for you!

Got to play a variety of maps and game types that required different strategies and game play. Marshalls were super friendly and professional and not only kept things organized but did a great job of hyping up the group and getting people excited about the matches. A couple of incidents throughout the day amongst players were deescalated quickly and calmly by the marshals. Prices were reasonable for a day out but maybe some mix and match with the packages would be nice as we were hoping to buy a case of paint but all had to buy the same package instead. I know our group really enjoyed ourselves and were already trying to plan the next outing!
j	jajajaja jajajaja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place a few months back, and boy it was HORRIBLE. Firstly, the games were HIGHLY overpriced. I don't remember how much exactly it cost, but it was around $40-$60. Secondly, the staff were very unsympathetic. Many of our people got injured (they still have injuries) and they reported it and they did NOTHING to rectify the situation whatsoever. Thirdly, their instructions are USELESS. When I went to this place. I had paint in my ear (it's washed out now). and is very unethical especially for kids. In conclusion, you should never go to this place and instead go to a theme park.

The prices should be cheaper but its what you expect for a business to make a profit. Only complaint is that you can't bring your own air tank in but other than that its a fun stress reliever and great place for a birthday party. Sidenote bring your own lunch because its alot cheaper than buying pizza that they provide
