★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know who these people are or why they say I owe money but it’s effecting my credit score. I only have my phone bill threw rogers that’s kept up on and a car loan threw BMO that I also always pay. Scam company and you can tell that I’m not the only person they are trying to mess with, just look at their ratings and reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called me saying I was sent to collections by the company I used to work for(clowns, who gave me the run around for 6 months about paying out my pension, only to find out they miscalculated and now I owe them money). Anyways, the lady seemed annoyed that she had to call me and was asking for my banking information so I can clear up the debt. I've asked for a letter of validation to be emailed to me, then when I called back to inquire they then claim they don't do that unless the debt is paid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive had multiple ppl literally ARGUE AND SCREAM at me and tell me I’m irresponsible and that i need to may my debt. Even when I’m a mom struggling right now they dont care how nice u speak to them they get RUDE block all calls from them and dont pay ur debt in collections. It wont even help ur credit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE: These guys are LIARS & SCAMMERS. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION/PAYMENT TO THEM WITHOUT CONFIRMING THE DEBT IS REAL FIRST.
They e-mailed and contacted me for a debt from Freedom Mobile, which I haven't had an account with for over 5 years. I refused to pay, demanded more information on why (they didn't give me any) and then contacted Freedom directly. They told me that my account was cleared a long time ago and I had no debt owing. They were completely unaware of why any collections company is contacting me. Freedom opened a case to flag them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is this manager by the name of Joe or Joey. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Has no mannerism and doesn’t know how to deal with people. Thinks by being rude he will “collect” what someone is already looking to pay. Once account paid doesn’t know how to do his job by reporting it paid in full. Not sure how he got his position. Should be out of a job if you ask me.
