N	Natalie M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an awful experience and was yelled at and harassed and insulted by a De Haas driver who was clearly speeding and distracted and tried to blame it on us. Very distressing for my child and I. My child and I were crossing the street on a bike path. Waited patiently at the corner. A car stopped for us. The De Haas driver didn't notice and almost plowed into the car that stopped for us. He said his tools moved around in his car. He wouldn't stop yelling even though we did nothing wrong. I had to just walk away with my child.
K	Ken Hamilton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an interesting interaction. We met with an energetic gentleman who took us through what he thought could be done for us and our neighbours. He left with a comment that he would return in a couple of days and that was three weeks ago.... sent follow up email but we have been ghosted. Too bad for us because I believe that their work would have been what we were looking for. I do not often edit a review but this one needs an update. I have heard through the grapevine that there has been extenuating circumstances for the communication gap, one of which I can fully understand. It appears that there is a new child on the way and this, with a very busy schedule allowed some cracks to appear. I gave this company its second star due to previous work done, which was fabulous, and the third star just to recognize the upheaval of a new family member.

Nico and his team bring great passion and knowledge of plants, trees and garden design to their projects, concerned with how your garden/yard/outdoor space feels - smells, sounds, seasons, times of day - as well as looks. Very creative, strong, natural design. The reasonable juggling of schedules, material deliveries, and of (highly competent) sub trades they work closely with results occasionally in waits within a project execution; if you can handle that, you will LOVE the results and well-worth a few waits here and there. Highly recommend.
