★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I booked online to reserve a spot, when I came in they couldn’t find my booking. They were very understanding and they were able to assist me with booking another unit and offered other options that would suit my needs. They were very pleasant to work with and got a chance to look at the space before finalizing the booking. Luckily We visited before our booking date and we sorted everything out. On the day of loading in the transaction was really smooth and everything went well and we were set up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we moved last week, we suddenly realized that we were going to need much more than the 10" X 10" storage locker we had rented at a competitor close by. I wasn't happy with their prices or customer service so we looked around to see if there was anywhere that had better rates and service. My husband called Dayton Self Storage and a fantastic rep named Dianne answered and gave us all of our options and answered all of our questions, assuring us that they could accommodate our needs and we were so pleased that it was a fair bit cheaper than what we are paying at the other place. We were treated like family from the moment we called until we received our 10" X 30" outdoor drive-up unit keys in person. We will definitely be moving all of our stuff into the Dayton Self Storage unit as we will only need one unit going forward and the service and price was far superior here. Thank you Diane for reminding us that excellent customer service still exists :)
