Y	Yesterday Port on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptionally friendly staff - Noman goes above and beyond to ensure everything is covered and that you feel right at home. The other staff (shout out for Abigail) also extend every courtesy. White Spot at the hotel is convenient and accommodating. Nice size room, and affordable rate. Easy access to all of Terrace.
C	Cindy MacDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The White Spot is a definite plus. The beds are comfortable. The halls could have improved lighting and some wear shows here and there. But the staff is every efficient and do their best to accommodate you.
A	Aaron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are fantastic, and the rooms are very large. Whitespot is attached to the lobby of the hotel, and the hotel also offers a generous free breakfast there. Unfortunately, the hotel is in desperate need of an update, and they haven't kept up with basic maintenance. My room did not seem very clean; with a very dirty bathroom ceiling, dirty mirrors, the faucet didn't look like it had been cleaned in years, that sort of thing. I would be willing to give this hotel another try in a pinch, or if they redo their bathrooms like the manager said they are going to do. Overall, the staff really care about your experience and the manager did everything he could to rectify things. I look forward to seeing if they update things and giving them another try.
D	Dallas Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms on back smelt so bad we couldn't stay in one were moved to another wasn't much better. Dirty place stained walls needs a major clean. Breakfast was good and staff was accommodating. Will find a new place to stay next time in town.

The first night stay was in a very nice room and second night was a little less nice. But, just by the look and location of it in the hotel. No issues whatsoever. The service staff at the counter was also responsive and reachable at any time. The only issue was with the restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was included with the stay, and was decent. Nothing special. But, they said that they would charge extra for Honey for the tea. I mean, in no ways does $1.5 would affect me. But, I’ve never seen a restaurant charge for extra honey, specially when they didn’t even serve sugar. And on 1st day of breakfast, they did not even serve any milk/cream for the tea.
