R	Ryan Hamilton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, updated but some sloppy reno work. Reception was friendly but maybe a little over the top. TV selection was limited, but internet was good. Bed was alright but pillows a little lumpy. Overall not too bad.
J	J D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shower kept going from scolding hot to ice cold within a second. Front desk wouldn't give any discount. On top of that, the prices are basically city-rate because of all the pipeline workers. This hotel is making a killing, and treating the actual people who stay there like garbage. Guests getting breakfast weren't wearing masks and visibly spraying their spit all over the food.

I have stayed at many Best Western hotels and generally I’ve been happy with my experience. Everything was fine until this mornings bath when the tub let go of an entire lining of noxious paint which I ended up swimming in. When I politely alerted the front desk he really didn’t care at all. A reasonable stay ruined by a front desk staff who doesn’t want to be there at all, and doesn’t care about you or your stay. I’d find an alternative.
S	Spencer Watson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was only ok and not as good as the ratings we saw prior to staying. Pluses were a comfortable bed and a large, new flat screen. Cons were its dated and looks a little worn, daint odor that both my wife and I thought smelled a little stale, and customer service was hit and miss (they were friendly checking in and the breakfast staff were nice but when we mentioned the outlet in the lamp did not work which was the only one easily accessible we we curtly told "it works, you just need to plug it in," which we'd already done before saying something.
S	Stewart McCourt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was sent to a dirty room and then reassigned to another room, following this I had staff barge in on me an hour later questioning me why I was there. There was dirty laundry from a previous guest in the drawers beneath the TV. To top it off the bathtub was clogged. During my stay staff were banging on another door continuously and the police were called twice. I mentioned these issues at the desk at 6:00am when I couldn't take the noise anymore and was charged full price for my stay.

He got in his car and drove off! Management was notified and encouraged to check the cameras. It’s been a week and I have not received a call from the manager. Nice establishment!!
J	Jady Phan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checking in was easy and welcoming. Great friendly staff. The rooms were adequate, but maybe a bit dated. I do like the wooden furnitures and the resting side chair though. One complaint is the fan noises when running. It can be loud, squeaky, and makes thumping noise when it automatically turning on and off. Noise level proofing is not the best either. I've stayed here multiple times and in a few of the rooms with similar experiences. One thing I really liked is the breakfast. They make you an omelette and there's plenty of other precooked or prepared items to choose from. The breakfast is among the best experience for any complimentary breakfast. Hotel is in good vicinity to many great restaurants, including the Indian restaurant across the street.
