If I could give a lower rating I would. The head office/main phone number has been somewhat helpful but the local Woodstock Depot is atrocious. Someone called more than 2 weeks ago to β€œbook my delivery” but I missed their call by 5 minutes. I have since called back daily, leaving a message with the only contact number I have every other day and have had no response. My package has been there since April 8th. Apparently now they have lost it. But since no one from the company ever follows up with me I just sit here not knowing what’s going on.

My shipment did not arrive on the day Home Depot told me it would. So I contacted them for the waybill/tracking number. When they told me it was on delivery with Day and Ross, I cringed... So now it seems my shipment will not arrive for at least a week!!! This company has been BAD NEWS since I worked in the industry in the 1990's - some things just never change. I couldn't get a straight answer from D&R why my 2skd, 1500lb shipment would go from Ancaster, to Bolton, to Mississauga, now to Woodstock for processing, before it can be delivered to me in Haldimand/Norfolk???? Buyer Beware! Check who your carrier will be before you ship.

Unfortunately my experience has been awful with this company. I really hope that Costco reconsiders using another company for their deliveries. I placed an order on Costco.ca. Costco prepared my order and shipped it right away! I received my tracking number and order was suppose to be received within a few days. I tracked my package and it showed out for delivery. Then when no package was recieved so I looked back online and it showed that the package was back at the location scan in Woodstock. I called the customer service number for Day & Ross and though they were pleasant on the phone, NO one was able to give me any answers. I was told that their truck broke down and now they're looking for my package. I was suppose to receive a callback from 3 different agents and no one has called me back. I have to keep calling and I keep getting the same answer, which is no answer. No one knows! I'm beyond frustrated with this experience. It seems like once the truck broke down, the packages on the truck were just left there instead of being put back on another truck... Or does this company only have 1 delivery truck?

Ordered a piece of furniture from Walmart on Dec 27th, with an expected delivery date of Jan 14th. The order processed on Jan 6th and made it to the Woodstock warehouse by Jan 11th. I thought all was looking good for it to be delivered on time, but was obviously mistaken. It's now the 18th and my package has been sitting in the warehouse for a week now with no updated ETA for delivery. Walmart can't help because it's in the hands of Day and Ross. Customer service however is very nice and helpful. They emailed the warehouse to rush my shipment out as it was a week late and kept me updated.

Ordered some stuff from home depot that was shipped from the states using Day and Ross. It said because of the weight of the items it would be dropped curbside. The delivery guy parked on the road and used a pump cart to get my 230lb generator I ordered right up to my front door even with 3 cars in the driveway. Very happy i didn't have to bring this to my front door myself. The tracking on their website was very accurate. This was my first time dealing with this company and I am very pleased.

This warehouse apparently handles deliveries to London. They have had my package for 4 days, deleted the tracking number from their system, then rescanned it after I called multiple times to customer service. I still have not recieved a phone call or email after having my issue escalated to the "Warehouse Management Team". My delivery is now estimated 4 days later than when it first arrived in Woodstock. Customer service can only do so much. Apparently customer service can only email the warehouse, not call them. As someone else said in another review, when you order something, check who delivers.

I would give them negative stars if possible! I do not know why any retailer would use this company to deliver products as they are terrible. I have had issues before with deliveries from Home Depot. But today takes the cake. They call to book today for delivery. They tell me I have to be home to sign for it. Yet they can only give me 9am to 5:00pm as a window - with nothing more specific. So I booked today off work to be home to get it. I call to get an update as I have not heard anything all day. I am told the driver attempted delivery but no one was home! What a lie!! No tire tracks out front - no one came. Not to mention I live in the country and would hear a truck driving up - I always do. Customer service tells me my package is back in Woodstock and that I will need to wait for them to call me to rebook another delivery day! And again, I will need to be home in order to receive it. Worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE if you have the choice!
