We at The Brick pride ourselves with our customer service,so so to see it repaid in kind is great! Myrna from Day & Ross was at the store earlier today to p/u a delivery to go to Edmonton today from us. It just so happens we have a customer who was working on having a transport company pick up her product to go to Edmonton as well, when i asked if she could take it with her she said no problem,she could take it to the Edmonton depot,and have it go c.o.d. Well my customer was very happy with that,but she wanted to find out a price for the delivery to Edmonton,Myrna said that was no problem. She was very patient and informative with what would happen with the product between here and the depot in edmonton, which was great to see! So it took about 15 minutes or so for my customer to get the quote,but Myrna was fine with waiting until the customer decided if she wanted it shipped now or not. Well we finally got it taken care of and the furniture is on its way to Edmonton. Thank you so much Myrna.

My main complaint has to to with their Same Day World Wide division. which is their Commerce Parcel Service. 4 days delayed pick up and the LATEST delivery i have ever experienced with a trucking company. All my orders were delivered to one person and not their respected owners. The multiple shipping label tags, as well as packing slips i had placed on all of them had been ripped off and placed inside of the boxes and all sent to one person. I.AM.LIVID. I will never recommend these guys. i wish i could give ZERO stars.

The customer service of this company are all like irate people I've known. When you make a follow up for a shipment that is obviously delayed - they do not even apologize and make you feel that you should be sorry that you are following up on an ETA of a shipment. I asked for the locations of the bags so our customer can pick up some and the customer service representative gave me the wrong address- she is not even giving me the contact number of their Lethbridge terminal so I can phone their dispatch and make necessary arrangement myself. I just needed to pick 1 star just to post my review but this does not even deserve to have one.

My shipment is 7 days late and Iโ€™m still waiting. Online tracking is inaccurate and hold times on the phone are 30 minutes+ Iโ€™ve waisted so much time waiting for my delivery because they wonโ€™t call before drop off.

Edit- reading this over again makes me realize how my initial reaction is not always my best. The reality is this: I did not have the world's greatest experience dealing with the customer service department. If I was in Barbara's shoes, I would appreciate a second chance. Any human would. Here is my unedited review- I called the 1-866 to try and see if I could get a hold of someone in the city where we live. I wanted to ask them about the pallet that was waiting for me to pick up. Barbara was professional but quite unhelpful. I gave her my company name, a description of what should be on the pallet, the city in which I will be picking up, who shipped the package and where the package was coming from. She told me this information was irrelevant and that she needed a tracking number before she tried reaching out to the depot in our city. Barbara didn't even try to help and just said "No, I cannot call him without that tracking number". That sucks Day and Ross. This was poor customer service, Barbara. Please aim to do better next time.

Terrible customer service. Call center from down east (Ontario) refuse to put you thru to local branch, till you threaten legal and financial issues. I required a medical device for a disabled person (my wife) and they delayed delivery for 2 days. Call center people that are clueless refuse to do customer service and call center people that are trying to do a good job have their hands tied with a very poor system that will not allow them to do a good job. Day and Ross used to be a good carrier but not their service is extremely poor ---- maybe a minus 3

Day and Ross is a great company if you donโ€™t want your shipment picked up on time. Two days in a row they did not pick up shipment, wasted my time and other peopleโ€™s time waiting around. First pickup time was 4:30 and didnโ€™t show but promised next pickup between 12-2 and no one showed up all day and no phone call. They are notorious for not showing up on time but not showing up at all two days in a row is pathetic for a company. If I could give less than one star I would. Wouldnโ€™t let me.
