This time had an opportunity to work with Sanitha Miranda which was an excellent service and always fast response to my questions and concerns, at one point it was long weekend and had an issue with sale of property and was not expected but she was there for us responding on the long weekend. Sanitha is very knowledgeable and very professional lawyer who I would recommend at anytime. Thank you Sanitha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used the law services of Day + Borg LLP for two recent real estate sales/purchases. Both times, lawyer Sanitha Miranda, has dealt with my files with the utmost professionalism.
Ms. Miranda consistently took the time to keep me updated with timely emails, and explained all of the legal steps in a logical format. She ensured that I am aware of all documents being signed prior to continuing during the DocuSign process (for example).
I would recommend Day + Borg LLP in a heartbeat; specifically the legal services of Ms. Sanitha Miranda.
She is helpful, punctual, respectful, approachable - a true professional in her field... what more could you ask for when looking for a lawyer?!

Despite A LOT of challenges (through no fault of their own) they were patient and successful dealing with con artist lawyers. Sanitha was representing us and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Having recently purchased a home and sold our current house we needed to find a lawyer quickly to help us close. Having heard of the excellent work Sanitha and team did for a family friend of ours we didn't want to delay. As soon as we engage with the Real Estate team at Day and Borg, we knew we were in good hands. The communication, responsiveness and expertise is what really surprised me having worked with different lawyers previously. Sanitha kept us updated and explained every detail as the process moved along. It was one of the most painless experiences in working with a law firm:)
