★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I’ve purchase the washed sand twice now from Davison farms. We had the pleasure of meeting both father and son as one did our first delivery, and the other did the second.
Chase and I had a great chat at my home during the second delivery giving advice on various products they sell, and how he’s utilized their garden blend soil with his own family. It was truly great to have feel such trust towards their product by hearing first hand how they even use the product they sell. After our chat he said in a comical manner, “but what do I know, I’m just a dumb farmer”. He wasn’t though, as farmers are a staple at everyone’s table. Without them we’d all live a very rough life. I recently heard about Chase’s passing and felt compelled to speak out on the great product/service I received, but also say a bit about the kind professional Chase was.
RIP my friend... your passing has truly saddened my wife and I even though we only knew you for a few moments, not too long ago. A truly genuine gentleman has been lost ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most magnificent load of well composted, screened steer manure I have ever purchased. Came via a 'conveyor' truck so no worries about hitting a maple canopy while dumping. No debris, rocks, plastic or coffee cups. Top quality. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased top soil in February 2021 to backfill where we put in new drain tiles in our backyard at a fair price. We also used some in the front to level a couple of areas. All summer, we have noticed invasive weeds and now mushroom growth only along where we backfilled, and in the front yard where we leveled it. Very disappointing because we worked hard to keep our grass weed free, plus the mushrooms are dangerous for our two dogs. Would not recommend buying top soil in February here, but cannot speak for other months.

I highly recommend that you give this family
business the next time you need soil. You can get a yard or they have pre-made bags for sale.
Easy to pull up and throw a couple in the trunk of the car or get a scoop in the back of the truck..

Hauled 2 yards of top soil in a half ton, got back and realized that is way, way too much. Guy working there risked my truck just to make another $40. I would of done 2 trips if I'd known.
