We were nervous at first selecting our builder, and had high expectations.....well we were worried for nothing, because these guys exceeded our expectations in every way. They were always available, completely dependable, patient and professional. Our house was completed on schedule and is even better than we expected. If you're planning to build give these guys a call, you won't be disappointed!

No counter space in any of the house plans, if you want an actual size kitchen island is an upgrade. Garage doors have no insulation and stardard garage door has NO windows. Windows are an upgrade in garage door.One garage door opener, 2nd opener is an upgrade. Insulation values are lower than other builders in the community. HST is added to all upgrades plus on lot premiums. They nickel and dime - everything is an upgrade. No quartz in bathrooms or laundryroom, a door knob - not a grip set is on your primed front door welcomes you home.

We knew nothing about the area but loved the feel of the home and the welcoming manner of the team. We had a few bumps selling our home and needed to extend then needed to close quicker. Throughout the Davis family took care of us. On closing the family was there and walked us through the home. They have been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Alex for your design choices and quick answers on any questions. Thank you Deb and Dave for your friendship and guidance . Thank you Ben for everything including running over with towels when I needed you. (LOL). You are truly a credit to the home building profession as are your family. As everyone in our new community seems to be immigrating from the GTA, it already feels like home. Highly recommend

People say building a home can be stressful but my experience proved to be the opposite. It was enjoyable and I attribute that to the Davis Team. They are a family business that extends beyond profit. They genuinely want to make people happy. They treat you like an individual and use their experience and competence to guide you along the way. Coupled with being well-organized, they execute with excellence. There are no surprises. Their communication and responsiveness are refreshing. However, we were lucky enough to have signed on for our ‘First’ new build with Davis New Homes. They walked us through everything, answered every call and email. And, when it came to updates and walk throughs of our house during the shutdown, the team at Davis New Homes made it happen, virtually! They also provided recommendations on where things should/could go, things to do and not to do – they literally saved us thousands of dollars on things we ‘thought’ we needed but really didn’t after talking it through with them. They were with us every step of the way, made us feel confident in our decisions and did it all virtually. We were a little bit skeptical going into the process as we had gone through a new build previously with a different builder and had a very adequate experience. Davis showed us the new build experience could be positive and went above and beyond. From our very first walk through of the model house we absolutely loved the work they do, so we could not wait for our dream to come to fruition. We had the pleasure to deal with Alex, Debbie, Dave, Ben and they were nothing short of accommodating with all our ideas. Also, all the trades people who we have worked on our house since close have been lovely to deal with, kind, polite, professional. We truly do love our new home!!
