★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Bernstein changed my life in just a few visits. I was cleithrophobic for over 10 years. Elevators and locked rooms terrified me. I decided to opt for this type of therapy based on a friend's recommendation. After only a few sessions, I was astonished to realize that my usual triggers of panic attacks (electors for example), did not elicit any physical or physchological reaction. I am very grateful for his expertise. It's the best investment in myself I've ever made.

He is an extremely great listener, aims to get to the root of the problem and in under 8 sessions he completely reversed my fear of needles, bridges and treated my mesophonia. Professional, understanding and helpful. I cannot recommend him enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great professional. In a just a few sessions, David has helped resolve my debilitating panic and anxiety issues, fear of the unknown, and even dealt with some emotional eating issues. He’s very experienced and a great listener that truly gets to the bottom of your needs. I wish I had fallen upon him earlier in my life. But I guess all good thing come in time. Do Not Wait. HIGHLY recommend him.
