Un moyen de s'épanouir et de goûter concrètement à un sentiment d'amour de soi. Un accompagnement très respectueux et chaleureux qui favorise la confiance et le bien-être. Je suis agréablement surprise des effets que je peux observer rapidement. J'aurais aimé que cette approche puisse exister bien avant. Je souhaite à tous de pouvoir vire un jour cette expérience et d'ouvrir enfin les portes au bien-être! Merci Mme Leroux! J'ai découvert enfin le sens de la force qui existe en chacun de nous. J'ai aussi observée, un enfant qui s'ouvre maintenant à son environnement et qui s'épanouit plus que jamais. Une approche très concrète qui se réalise dans l'action. Avec Hipnova, nous regardons enfin en avant avec positivisme. Pour avoir travailler en travail social plus de 15 ans et pour avoir utiliser plusieurs approches, j'ai enfin découvert celle qui me semble la plus rapidement bénéfique. Hipnova offered me and my 9 year old son a very avant-garde approach. It is a way for us to work on aspects of our life that we want to improve in relaxation and creativity. A way to flourish and taste concretely a feeling of self-love. A very respectful and warm support that promotes confidence and well-being. I am pleasantly surprised by the effects that I can quickly observe. I wish this approach could have existed long before. I wish everyone to be able to share this experience one day and finally open the doors to well-being! Thank you Mrs. Leroux! I finally discovered the sense of strength that exists in each of us. I have also observed a child who is now opening up to his environment and who is flourishing more than ever. A very concrete approach that comes true in action. With Hipnova, we are finally looking forward with positivism. Having worked in social work for more than 15 years and having used several approaches, I finally discovered the one that seems to me the most quickly beneficial. Work on yourself in the positive! Tout ça grâce à Mme Leroux, avec qui la connexion était profonde. Je conseille fortement à tous, surtout à ceux qui utilisent déjà la méditation pour s'aider en lien avec la régulation émotionnelle.
Madame Leroux allowed me to consolidate and put into practice the values and behaviors that I wanted to adopt in my life but that I could not because of my past.
