★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called to book an appointment to have our large oak tree trimmed. We stressed how important it was to have this trimmed as it hits the house when its windy. We moved our schedules around so we could be at the house for when they arrived at 8am. I called a few times to reach them to see where they were and after a few tries I got a hold of someone who told me they forgot about the appointment. I am extremely disappointed and shocked at how unprofessional this was. I picked this company based on their good reviews and to have had an experience is very upsetting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Witnessed a company vehicle on the 401 towards Guelph this morning brake check a vehicle while going 70 in the right lane trying to pass him. Person in the vehicle stuck middle finger at other driver and slowed down more.
Very unprofessional. Driver described as middle aged Caucasian male bald wearing reflective clothing in a company suv.
Not gonna say anything more just disappointed in what me and my Coworker witnessed and the way the situation unfolded the employee initiated it by slamming on his brakes hard.
