i puchased my dell through Best buy. Later before they shipped i asked for cancel.. they they called me back and told me they have the brand new one.. instead of refurbished they will send the brand new.. i said ok..i received on January 6.. now i found out the web cam does not work and i called dell... they told me there is no warranty.. it is old dell 209 days .. However, the company (Mr. Arefin) just called me that they will provide the warranty.. i am impressed.. they called me very fast.. within 30 minutes. Thank you.

Tried to buy a computer of theirs through Best buy, kept getting an error message that the product wasn't ready to ship. It was exactly the model I was looking for so I called their office. I was told to send an email which I did stating the model in the email. I got an email back from another employee asking me which model. I copied and sent the link from Best buy. I thought it would be simple, you have or you don't have. No reply. I sent a last email to both employees with the link and the model written down too. Still no reply. I won't be dealing with this company ever again.

This company isn't professional at all, I don't care what anyone says this is not the place to go, they sold me a broken Macbook now I had to not only wait for it to come I had to go out my way as well to deliver it back to the company place itself. Very upsetting they bypass violating Bestbuy by contacting me personally trying to arrange a deal with giving me $60 to leave them alone and also stated to Bestbuy I was harassing them when I was telling them it's not fair to me wasting my time and money and going out my way for a product they shipped out that was damaged. Please be very aware of item when ordering, I suggest you don't order at all.

I was about to purchase a laptop that TechReset had put on the Best Buy website. The description had 8gb and 16gb of memory. I contacted the company directly via their website. That evening a got a message from the CTO, then the next day I was contacted and given the correct memory size. Given the size of the company, I was impressed that the CTO took the time to deal with a question about a single computer. I purchased the computer and used the normal Best Buy message system to ask TechReset some questions. Again, the questions were dealt with quickly. I was even offered the option of a phone call from a tech. to walk me through a software issue.

Do not buy a computer from this company!! The MacBook I purchased through them was having issues, i was still under my warranty so they said to ship it back and they would fix it and ship it back to me the same day. The computer arrives back to me and they had not even attempted to fix my original computer but instead just sent a new computer instead. They did not inform me that this was going to be the process so i lost all of my personal documents and downloads, which i will never get back. I emailed them and they were extremely unprofessional and put the blame all on me saying i should have told them i wanted my original computer fixed and not a new one.. ?? The reason I sent my computer back was to get fixed which i stated in my email, not for them to send a new one all together. Disgusting.

I bought 2 separate items from them, both costing over $1000. Both were cancelled with no explanation. When I reached out to them, they said to contact Best Buy, but Best Buy says due to TechReset being a third party it’s solely on them. Emailed them this info & never heard back.

Company is completely unprofessional. I purchased a "Grade A" iMac from them and with under 100 hours use, there were multiple issues: - included keyboard and mouse were not sent out initially and when finally received they were the wrong products; - intense backlight bleeding to the point the entire screen was tinted magenta; - poor quality after market power adapter that did not fit proprerly and as such with even the slightest movement desktop constantly shut off and caused popping and sizzling sounds; - ethernet port does not function. Company only has a 90 day warranty period with no option to purchase extended warranty. Additionally, when attempting to communicate with the company they kept referencing to my product as a "laptop", when it is clearly a desktop, just further illustrating a lack of professionalism on their end.
