He was referred to me by a business associate. We purchased the home sight unseen which was common in 2020. Dave is very straight with you and will give his raw opinion no matter how much you like or dislike a property, which is appreciated and desired in an agent. We took a while before we purchased and Dave was very patient and reviewed and took video of all the properties we asked him to. Our posession date occurred before we were in location, Dave kept our keys and checked in on our new property until we arrived. Dave goes above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with him as our agent. As an aside our new neighbours were slightly miffed with the deal we got on our house as they said it will make it harder to get the price they want for a sale down the road.

He has a huge amount of knowledge of the real estate market and can give his client's great advice but he's not pushy or looking for a quick sale. He really made us feel like we were important and he took the time to answer all our questions. He answered our texts and emails and was super easy to deal with. I would recommend Dave to anyone. He knows his stuff and is a great communicator. Selling a house and buying a house is really stressful but Dave made it go as smoothly as possible.
