He showed us so many good tricks and tips that wasn't in the curriculum and he genuinely cares about the gun community and safety of others. He was happy to answer any question in detail and wasn't condescending when people made mistakes and turned them into valuable lessons. 100% will be telling everyone interested in taking the course to go here.

The non-restricted and restricted courses were not only thorough and educational but they were delivered in very interesting and engaging ways. Dave and Bruce are extremely knowledgeable, with years of personal and professional experience adding depth, humor and understanding to what they teach. It was an awesome experience all around.

Rachel was very helpful answering all of my questions before signing up, Dave and Bruce are both great instructors and kept the day interesting and engaging. I was expecting a dull two days but I really enjoyed my weekend there and although I was pretty knowledgable on the subject before taking the course, I found it very helpful and it they kept it interesting for the whole class. Thank you so much for everything. I highly recommend them for any training. A+.

Mr. Richard is a wonderful teacher who makes the class fun yet stresses the important parts when it comes to safety. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to help you understand what you need to know. Small class size allowed every individual ample time on the firearms. There’s no time limit, you don’t leave until you have it right. I recommend DF Safety to anyone looking to gain the knowledge that they need to be safe and have a bit of fun while doing so.

I usually struggle with learning in a classroom but no issues here. Content delivery was excellent, more than just flicking through a PowerPoint. Very knowledgeable instructors that went the extra mile to ensure everyone was up to speed. 10/10.

I went into the course with limited experience with firearms and left the course with a greatly expanded wealth of, not only knowledge, but respect of firearms. Both Bruce and Dave are excellent instructors and you can tell they care a lot about what they do. It's perfect for beginners, all the way up to the experienced. Keep up the great work you folks are doing!

Bruce was my instructor and he is extremely well-versed in the course’s content and applicable life experience that helps demonstrate the safety topics. He was able to talk with us for the full day without it ever feeling dull or on-script, but I feel much more competent and confident about safely handling firearms in the future. If anyone is interested in getting their PAL I strongly recommend taking the safety course here, I would absolutely come back for other courses.
