My friend and I recently were thrilled to finally get out to see your new store. The store is fabulous! You have created a warm and inviting place to shop. Ever since you had the Ginger Jeans classes available (I unfortunately decide to make them after all the classes were booked) you piqued my curiosity at making jeans. Love, that you carry amazing denim fabric and have all the supplies such as patterns, top stitching thread, zippers, jean buttons and rivets available for purchase to complete the project. I made my first pair of jeans; my husband was so impressed he said he wished he could have a pair that fit him as well. Thankfully you carry men’s jean patterns. He loves his jeans, so much he wanted another pair. It was such a pleasure to be able to shop in person and pick out some more denim. Thank you, for your help in selecting the fabric and recommending the correct colored thread to match the denim for the on-line and in store shopping. Looking forward to making more clothing, soon, with some of your beautiful fabrics.

Darrell & Khala continually go out of their way to answer any questions no matter how silly or insignificant I might think they are. When called they give 100% attention to the client's request or question. They make a great team as they share a singular goal - to have you leave their store happy with your choice be it a pattern, fabric or buttons from their extensive selection.

Darrell was so professional, and when I told him I hadn't sewn in about 25 years, he was very helpful. We debated various fabrics for the skirt I want to make and also, he gave me suggestions on how to alter my pattern, etc. I went in feeling somewhat overwhelmed and came out raring to get started. I will definitely return!

The quality of the fabrics so professionally displayed speaks to a highly curated shop with a keen eye for design and display. Did I mention the buttons display (see pics) ….oh my goodness, I went back just to see the variety of buttons all over again. I felt giddy just rummaging through these magical boxes all so unique and beautifully displayed. If you’re looking for soft silks, cashmere or precious cottons, look no further than Darrell Thomas Textiles. I bought a lovely Versace scarf that my sisters wanted to “borrow” and I receive complements each time i wear it. It’s a fashion statement all on its own. Thank you, Darrell, for the incredible deal on this delicate piece. Darrell is also an ambassador of sorts paying homage to this lovely town….suggestions as to where to eat and making reservations for dinner for us….such incredible service! Thank you for showcasing your shop and filling us in on the nuances of this special place. Your shop is like a beacon and landmark not to be missed. We will return….hasta luago ma amigo!

I loved the vast collection of buttons they had. Such a variety. And the owner was very pleasant and personable to speak with. I think I need to take up sewing so I can use some of their cool buttons! ??
