It's weird they didn't have any orange touques for sale even though their logo is wearing one. I recommend stopping in for a beer especially if travelling from Calgary to Edmonton.

I had the Buffalo chicken wrap and my mom had the burger and they were both very good! Seasonal beers and coffee flavours were available too !

The menu looked fresh so we decided to give this place a try! It's a cozy little rustic place. We ordered a tea each, a satisfying combination of tea and eggnog with out a sugar high. We each decided on the chicken wraps - we choose to go with lettuce wraps. Both the Buffalo chicken and the BBQ chicken are delicious! Servered with a little basket of flavourful crispy fries. It was a great combination! The staff was welcoming and wonderful. It was an all around great experience. Looking forward to another trip to this little place!!

S	Serina Mah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome stop between Calgary & Edmonton especially if you wanna avoid Gasoline Alley. We’d never heard of Dark Woods Brewing before so we got 2 flights of beers. Our faves were the Berkeley (Honey Amber Ale) & Pizzly (Pale Ale). The New England IPA is worth trying & the Burnt Timber Stout was interestingly smoky & tasty but I probably couldn’t drink more than the 4oz taster of it. We also got the Pulled Pork Sandwich & the Smoked Brisket Sandwich. They came with a cute little basket of fries. Both sandwiches were excellent! And the fries were nice & crispy too. Didn’t get a chance to try their coffee this time but will definitely make a point to next time. Love that they’ve got some patio space too.
