je veux informer que cette compagnie ne paie pas leur sous traitant faite attention ,
il me doivent de l argent (petit montant) et ne paye pas,
je laisse des messages, j envoie des email ,pas de reponse quand je parle a la réceptionniste elle me dit oui oui votre cheque va etre envoye
1 sem 2 sem rien! je rapelle laisse des message et rien encore
conclusion de l histoire cette compagnie ne mérite meme pas 1 étoile !!!!

I want to inform that this company does not pay their subcontractor attention,
he owes me money (small amount) and does not pay,
I leave messages, I send emails, no answer when I speak to the receptionist she said yes yes your check will be sent
1 week 2 weeks ago nothing! I remember leaving messages and nothing yet
conclusion of the story this company does not even deserve 1 star !!!!

â â â â â Pris un rdv pour une soumission avec Darcon & Cie inc - Filiale de Groupe Dargis. Mme StĂ©phanie Robillard ne se prĂ©sente pas et ne nous contacte pas pour reporter ce dernier.
30 minutes aprĂšs l'heure prĂ©vue de notre rdv, j'appel Mme Robillard qui nous informe qu'ils ont d'autres prioritĂ©s et que le rdv doit ĂȘtre reportĂ© ! Non mais ! J'ai manquĂ© ma journĂ©e de travaille !
Aucune excuse... La compagnie vit une particularité !!! Ils ont beaucoup d'appels suite aux infiltrations d'eau et inondation. OK je comprends. Mais je trouve ça vraiment pas correcte de ne pas nous avoir contacté pour reporter le rdv ! Réponse : On vit une particularité !
OK ! Est-ce que vous pouvez vous déplacer cet pm ! Parce que je suis chez moi présentement et que j'ai manqué une journée de travail ! Non, on est à Laval et je n'ai pas le temps. La priorité est à nos clients et nos urgences.
OK ! Alors peut-on reprendre rdv de soir ou de fin de semaine ? RĂ©ponse : Non de jour seulement... Maximum 15h...et pas avant la semaine prochaine...
Fùché, je lui retourne un courriel avec une nouvelle confirmation pour un rdv le lundi suivant 15h. En lui expliquant que je trouve cela inacceptable de ne pas nous avoir contacté pour reporter le rdv !
Je reçois un courriel de Stéphanie Robillard. Réponse : Nous comprenons votre mécontentement nous sommes désolés en conséquence, nous allons passer notre tour pour soumissionner sur votre projet !

Taken an appointment for a submission with Darcon & Cie Inc. - Subsidiary of Groupe Dargis. Ms. Stéphanie Robillard does not show up and do not contact us to postpone it.
30 minutes after the scheduled time of our appointment, I call Ms. Robillard who informs us that they have other priorities and that the appointment must be postponed! No but ! I missed my day of work!
No excuse ... The company lives a peculiarity !!! They have a lot of calls following the infiltration of water and flood. OK I understand. But I find it really wrong not to have contacted us to postpone the appointment! Answer: We live a particularity!
OKAY ! Can you move this pm! Because I'm home now and I missed a day of work! No, we are in Laval and I do not have time. The priority is our customers and our emergencies.
OKAY ! So can we resume evening or weekend appointments? Answer: No by day only ... Maximum 15h ... and not before next week ...
Angry, I returned an email with a new confirmation for a meeting the following Monday at 15h. Explaining that I find it unacceptable not to have contacted us to postpone the appointment!
I receive an email from Stéphanie Robillard. Answer: We understand your dissatisfaction we are sorry accordingly, we will spend our turn to bid on your project!

Délais, peu de communication, changement de chargé de projet, le conteneur remplis des matériaux de démolition occupe le parterre avant depuis plus d'un mois..
We have been waiting for 3 months now for the said company Groupe Dargis de Laval, recommended by our insurer La Personnelle, following a fire, to proceed with the reconstruction of the interior of a small building of 4 3 1/2 condominiums. . in Longueuil ..
Deadlines, little communication, change of project manager, the container filled with demolition materials has been in the front yard for over a month.

â â â â â Nous sommes déçus Ă tous les niveaux...on nous a vendu un projet haut de gamme soit le Rosenbloom. Ce n'est pas le cas du tout...les intervenants ne sont pas fiables, aucun respect des Ă©chĂ©anciers. Le prĂ©sident ignore nos appels ou courriels. Service clientĂšle zĂ©ro!! EmmĂ©nagĂ© depuis octobre dernier et nous sommes encore en attente de rĂ©paration de quelques Ă©lĂ©ments.
We are disappointed at all levels ... we were sold a high-end project, the Rosenbloom. This is not the case at all ... the speakers are not reliable, no respect of deadlines. The President ignores our calls or emails. Zero customer service !! Moved since last October and we are still awaiting repair of some elements.

Nous sommes vraiment trĂšs déçus par la mauvaise qualitĂ©, la rĂ©ponse lente face aux rĂ©parations et la manque de professionnalisme... Nous nâavons pas pu finir notre sous-sol parce quâil a Ă©tĂ© inondĂ© les deux derniers printemps lorsque la neige commence Ă fondre. Ce problĂšme a Ă©tĂ© signalĂ© plusieurs fois mais Ă date nous attendons toujours une rĂ©ponse de l'entrepreneur. Peu de communication, mauvaise gestion, changement de chargĂ© de projet, etc.
The Dargis group is the entrepreneur who is building the Rosenbloom development where we bought our 'high end' house, 2 years ago. We are really very disappointed with the poor quality, the slow response to repairs and the lack of professionalism ... We were unable to finish our basement because it was flooded the last two springs when the snow started to melt. This problem has been reported several times but to date we are still awaiting a response from the contractor. Little communication, poor management, change of project manager, etc.

The worst experience I have ever had. A non-compliant condo, full of problems. A really unprofitable purchase.
Buy with another and do your research!

â â â â â Terrible building at Rosemere (Rosembloom) for the following reasons : 1) Noise insolation is non existent, for those who understand, there is only 1 membrane between floors and it's a combination of wood & cement not 100% cement a technique that NOBODY uses these days as is- totally obsolete 2) Customer service is non existent, aside from the secretary that is beyond lovely; the rest are terrible - no response to emails, texts, calls. This morning, the construction site person, was aggressive and called the police on me.(!!) Funny enough, when the police arrived, and took my statement & saw my videos of our interaction, they said I was the one who could press charges (!!!). 3) Finishes in my condo are sub-standard: paint has mistakes, drops in the walls, wood is un-finished (cuts, etc.). 4) I Paid for upgrades that were never delivered (i.e. shower door belongs to the 60s and I paid for a frameless model that has never been installed). In brief, STAY AWAY if you don't want to get in a messy situation. DO NOT BUY HERE.
