β β β β β i came late about closing time asked for estimate of new frame. the owner asked me what is the reason for new frame. I told her felted loose. Donna was very kind and did free adjustment for me. I tried to pay for the service, Donna told me that is not about money it is about people.
The owner has been around for many years. I have heard many good things about them.
