When I was interested in investing in real estate, Daniella worked with me patiently and educated me along the way. I gave her full authority to essentially find and buy the correct property for me and before I knew it she found an excellent property that met all my criteria and then found the perfect tenants as well. And interestingly, although this was a few years ago, Daniella still stays in touch with the tenants and makes sure things are going smoothly. Relationships are clearly important to her as is maintaining a very high level of customer service long after the transaction has been completed.
