C	Charles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admittedly, Andre and the Greenberg team are very aggressive, successful marketers. They are great at marketing their own listings, however most people in the industry familiar with them will tell you that they are dishonest and lack integrity. I was told that from other agents but thought it was sour grapes and disregarded it. Listing with them and encountering some lies at closing, sadly resulted in them paying themselves a higher commission than they were entitled to. In retrospect we should have complained to RECO.Coming changes to multiple bidding will make it more difficult for Andre to rip off clients. Some didn't even realize they may be being ripped of for .5% commission. We have since sold other homes happily with other agents but will never use or deal with this team or any agent from Kalles brokerage currently managed by Michael Kalles.

He helped me find my old place which I was very happy with and after a few years that I needed a bigger place, I went back to him.
