★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company. The two “managers” lead with passive aggression & manipulation. While I worked there, I was brought to tears several times, yelled at and cornered. There’s no HR. Just a controlling, couple who do not know how to manage a team. I should have reported the harassment but I was to scared.
When I was coming up on my three month probation, the treatment got worse and worse until I couldn’t bare it anymore and had to leave. After talking to others who left the company, we realized there’s a pattern. They use people for about 2 1/2 months and then make the working environment so toxic they have to quit before DANDLY has to pay benifits.
It has taken years for me to chalk up the courage to write this (and even now I’m using a different email) but it needs to be out there. I wish I knew other avenues to take to make sure these people are stopped and no one else has to go through what I (and so many others) went through.
