★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used for a few yrs. This yr after making an appointment, he didn't show up to blow out the irrigation with an early cold snap coming; voicemail full and wouldn't answer his phone on numerous occasions. I will go elsewhere as many other companies with better communication that show up
