★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malheureusement je ne vous conseille pas Damien Laprise pour vos travaux. Notre expérience client fut très décevante. Nous avions accepté la soumission de M. Laprise et nous nous étions entendus sur des dates pour les travaux, lors d'appels et d'échanges courriel. Trois semaines avant les travaux, M. Laprise s'est présenté à notre domicile dans le but de confirmer avec nous comment il allait organiser les travaux et afin de signer le bon de commande. À la fin de cette visite, il nous annonce que les dates entendues ne fonctionnent plus pour lui. S’agissant de travaux s'étalant sur deux semaines, nous étions très déçus d'apprendre cela. Nous avions organisé nos week-ends en fonction des dates entendues, afin de ne pas être présents. De plus, lors de différents appels et courriel, il n’a jamais été question que les dates entendues ne fonctionnaient plus au contraire nous avons sa confirmation écrite. Nous lui avons donc demandé de nous revenir avec un second bon de commande proposant de nouvelles dates. Le lendemain nous avons reçu un texto nous disant qu'il annulait les travaux « pour une mauvaise communication pour le déroulement des travaux ». Ne comprenant pas trop, nous avons téléphoné pour avoir plus de détails. Nous avons laissé un message vocal indiquant de nous rappeler. Aucun retour d'appel ou texto… De plus, afin de préparer les travaux M. Laprise a effectué un trou dans notre mur. Non seulement les travaux n'ont pas été faits, mais en plus, nous avons maintenant un trou dans notre mur.
Unfortunately I do not recommend Damien Laprise for your work. Our customer experience was very disappointing. We had accepted Mr. Laprise's bid and we had agreed on dates for the work, during calls and email exchanges. Three weeks before the work, Mr. Laprise came to our home to confirm with us how he was going to organize the work and to sign the order form. At the end of this visit, he tells us that the dates we have heard no longer work for him. As the work spanned two weeks, we were very disappointed to learn that. We had organized our weekends according to the agreed dates, so as not to be present. In addition, during various calls and emails, there was never any question that the dates agreed to no longer worked, on the contrary, we have his written confirmation. We therefore asked him to come back to us with a second order form proposing new dates. The next day we received a text telling us that he was canceling the work “for poor communication for the progress of the work”. Not understanding too much, we called to get more details. We left a voicemail saying to call us back. No return calls or text messages… In addition, in order to prepare for the work, Mr. Laprise made a hole in our wall. Not only the work has not been done, but in addition, we now have a hole in our wall.

Les travaux consistaient à de la construction de mur, isolation, pose de gypse, tirage de joint, plafond suspendu. Nous le recommandons fortement.
We hired Damien Laprise for work in our basement and what a good decision! The work is very well done and on time. The work consisted of wall construction, insulation, gypsum laying, joint drafting, suspended ceiling. We highly recommend it.
