It was a full kitchen renovation including permanently closing a door, switching a window into a sliding door and relocating an exit door. He was very professional throughout the process and was very good at keeping us informed on progress. His team was organized and arrived on time and on the days they said they would be there. Dave had great suggestions to help with design, layout and general functionality of the work space. The work was completed on time and Dave maintained the original anticipated budget. We are very satisfied with his work and will not hesitate to hire Dalton Home Improvements for future renovation needs!

We then proceeded to redo our 20+ year old windows, doors and skylights with new ones and new interior and exterior trims. In today's crazy "pandemic" renovation environment, I would recommend Dave Dalton and his crew to you. He is very responsive, experienced, and good on communication. He was never too busy to answer my questions - as numerous and maybe dumb as they were! With Dave, you're choosing someone who will not cut corners. He will do the right thing and not compromise on quality - Even if that means it takes longer. After all, in the end, you want a project finished with high quality and, from our experience, Dave has delivered. We look forward to being able to work him again on future projects!

I appreciated his willingness to allow us to do some of the work to keep costs down while they did all the complicated stuff. I found his team to be polite and friendly. The schedule reasonable and once a date was given they showed up as expected. We took care of the clean up but they still left each day with things tidied and set aside, bagged or piled.
