★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dale and Adam were prompt, polite, efficient, and very professional. When the grey water tank pump died during repair, they went out and bought a new pump and installed it. They replaced faulty valves, and talked us through the filter and UV light replacements. Highly recommended.

They explained everything to us and were very helpful when I was asking them questions! Highly recommend these guys! Thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They came, they saw, they went "Hmmmm". Then they came up with a solution. Of course they had to order parts & in this time of COVid that can be a pretty lengthy wait. So we waited - for at least 3 days when they called to say the parts were in and could they drop by this afternoon to install them? Of course we said YES! They even called to advise they would be about 45 minutes late!! Whos does that in the trades world? Dale's Plumbing, that's who!
We are now lifetime customers & tell anyone who cares to listen to use Dale's Plumbing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starting with Joan, the office reception person and office manager the way I was greeted and talked to was friendly and I instantly felt relaxed. She listened to my concern and was able to quote me the charges to take care of my need. This may not be possible in all cases without first seeing the proposed job, but to my surprise she was able to do just that for me. I was pleasantly surprised with the price quote in comparison with other plumbing companies. That would include Home Depot to the tune of a $500 difference! Mitch, the plumber/technician/tradesman was a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions politely and set me at ease with his maner and professional attitude. I must say that I have never had such satisfying dealings with any other tradesperson or company before. I strongly recommend this company and team.
