★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received incredible care and treatment from Dr. Cleveland, Paul Girard and Carmen Eberle at Dale Charles Physiotherapy for a hand injury which was impacting my profession and daily life. I was diagnosed, received treatment and left with a custom hand splint/brace in just an hour. I couldn't have asked for more professional, exact and compassionate care from such an expert team. Thank you for getting me back on track, and identifying the root cause of an issue that other medical professionals in Penticton failed to notice, or didn't care to investigate further. Your thorough attention to detail gave me piece of mind. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to physiotherapy for over 5 years. With multiple shoulder surgeries an a ankle surgery. Grant an his team have been amazing. The helpful staff an a welcomed atmosphere. I would have been left with disabling ankle instability if it was not for his help with building muscle in order for me to even have surgery. I can now walk for over a hour. When before 10 min on my feet was painful. IMS for pain management on my shoulder has been very helpful as well. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Christine was very encouraging and positive, finding just the right balance of cooperation and instruction. Very flexible with lots of ideas and equipment for different recovery needs. These guys and gals know what they are doing!
