★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going to pay with cash, DO NOT PATRONIZE THE K.G.R LOCATION OR THE WEST BRANT LOCATION. THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH AS A PAYMENT. Drove to both and did not end up getting anything because we were paying with cash. So our money went to Baskin-Robbins on K.G.R. We will never recommend Dairy Queen to anyone ever again. 1 star is too high for such poor business practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updated to 5 stars - its what you would expect from most dairy queen shops however this one is a bit different.
They added a fundraiser shed to help raise funds for charity's around the community not many businesses do this. The owner had a lot of legal issues & expenses involved with the city permits/zoning or whatever its call.. it was in local newspaper at one point.. So that said he could have just cut his losses but he stuck it out and did everything he could to keep the fundraising shed to help the community and it is still there.
That alone is worth 5 stars.
I wish there were more business owners like this, the community would be a better place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Dairy Queen deals in the ice cream treats exclusively. I give it five stars anyway even though they don't sell Brazier burgers and hot dogs. They are also very community-minded as they put a building on the property to facilitate a fundraising drive for multiple charities to help during this time of covid .The foolish and selfish city council of Brantford wanted him to pay a,in my opinion, shakedown fee of$2600 to have the small building on his property that does not provide profit for him.
