★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually great service. Today asked for a chocolate icecream with chocolate syrup lady brought vanilla with chocolate syrup. Told her I asked for chocolate she insisted I said vanilla funny everyone heard me say chocolate. She told me to specify when I order. Attitude was agressive and accusing. Really did not appreciate being spoken to the way she did. I was polite and friendly. She was NOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I asked for a vanilla chocolate dipped ice cream and i got a vanilla one. I politely told her that is not what ordered and if she may dip it for me i will pay extra. What i got is a very nasty attitude. I told her to refund me as i no longer want the ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The non-dairy menu wasn't even available although displayed on the tv menus. My son had to wait outside since it's one member per family but the next family of 3 kids went all in together anyways. Avoid if possible.?

Just to bring in your notice that last two time I purchased the same ice cream with hot brownies. She could have said No to me but not to lie..
