J	John Shirey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went through the drive through and it was slow but we got our food and drinks as we headed out to Kamloops we ordered meals the burgers were burnt and my onion rings were oily and tasted like old oil and my 7 up tasted moldy made me feel sick so I tossed the drink and meal the only good thing was my wife's fries

Just have found at this location service is often slow in the drivethrough, which if I'm doing a long drive (7hours) and I'm chosing not to get out and stop, I really don't want to be waiting 10 mins for a couple of cars in front.
K	Kaed M09 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too me, When it comes to fast food, service is everything. My associate and I are going through the drive through, when we are met with a rude and distasteful woman. Over the speaker when taking our order she was rude and we were being very polite. When we came to the window and she gave us our drinks we simply asked which one was which. She replied with “I don’t know I didn’t make it,” with an annoyed tone. After we eventually got our food she handed it to us and slammed the window without any other words. Left a bad taste in my mouth even though the food was actually pretty delicious. Overall not happy.

The drive through was busy like most drive throughs are so we decided to eat inside. Ordered a few sundaes for the kids and a few burger combos for the wife and I, we were very happy with the food and service. Most DQ's we have been to taste pretty consistent and all of us were happy. It can get bust at times and yes it does take time for the food to be made so just be cool and polite
