★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for coffee and breakfast wraps. Service was horrible, cashier made a comment practically demanding a tip. I was literally getting change from my pocket to leave $2/$3 tip but that changed my mind quickly as she had been very rude the entire transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drove to #Tweed this afternoon for an Ice Coffee treat, but realized why we don’t often go to the Tweed for #TimHortons...When we ordered a Medium Ice Coffee with no ice, they gave us a cup less than the fill line, claiming that they only pour to the ‘fill line’ for ice coffee.
Most other #Tim’s in Belleville and Trenton give customers a full cup when they order and makes this same request! When we mentioned this, not in an angry tone, the sales associate closed the takeout window to us ending any attempt at further comment. Rudeness at its finest. A Stingy Policy guaranties dissatisfaction that will seep out in our partially filled cups, and certainly not befitting this chain.
Shame on you!
One start is one too many, but appears I can not post without giving at least one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you pay for bacon, you expect to get bacon. Twice I've gotten to work WITHOUT bacon on my bagel. Unprofessional. I realize your times are important as I've worked at Tim Hortons in the past, but I think you might want to work on your customer service and getting food orders right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough selection of donuts, muffins, pastries as regular Tims. I'm giving 2stars because they put donuts & muffins in same bag, so the donut icing sticks to everything in the bag. YES BAG !!!! More than a few times ordered a donut and buttered roll or muffin. I receive 2 bags, 1 has napkins, other has a donut and icing covered butter roll. This day I ordered a muffin, ALL the chocolate icing was stuck to paper muffin cup this day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bang up job from the staff! Clearly are very shortstaffed, and you see them doing multiple jobs. Drive-Thru, Taking the money, getting your food, and taking another order all at the same. While getting a big line through pretty quickly is very respectable. A well staffed Tims has 1 person doing each of those things.
