★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in line for 35-40 minutes. Ordered two hot fudge sundays, except then had very little hot fudge. Very disappointed. Better off to make the drive to Lethbridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t have had slower service, and it’s not like that’s a rare occurrence. Friendly service but insanely understaffed and no sense of urgency in the kitchen. When the drive thru is consistently backed up, there should probably be more staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always ask for no lettuce on my flame thrower, it even says it on the receipt, and the kitchen staff always puts lettuce on my burger. One young lady working the counter, 4 in the kitchen and 2 working dairy. The young lady was running her butt off, while the others joked and goofed off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food tastes good but the size of the fries or onion rings is ridiculously small for the price you pay. This is why I wont go back. Other fast food chains have you beat when it comes to value for your money.
