★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you so much for the great service. Went here to have some food and a delicious cheesecake ice cream cake before going to an escape room (that doesn't allow birthday cakes). Staff was absolutely amazing, genuinely kind and helpful. Thanks so much, all staff went above and beyond! 8/20/21 at 5:30 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a burger that looked and tasted like it had been cooked the day before, all dried out and the edges hard. Maybe it was precooked and nuked, that would explain the edges. Stale, flattened bun. Ordered a 6 pack of rotisserie style chicken pieces, the guy charged me for a combo. When I complained he said they didn't sell them that way, despite them being right there on the menu board. When I mentioned this, he said he didn't have a button for it on his till. I should have just got my money back and walked. The chicken pieces were vile, dried out and tasteless.
Oh, the ice tea from the dispenser was like ice tea tainted water.
Overall experience, 0 stars. The dairy queen by deerfoot and country hills blvd is like a totally different company, by comparison.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this store at what should have been the lunch rush, and it was empty despite about 50 school kids milling about other businesses close by. Ordered a double cheesburger combo. The burger was quite possibly the worst I've ever had. Patties were over cooked, put on a mashed old bun with only a smear of mustard, and two small round pickle slices. Nothing else. The root beer was so watered down it tasted like mildly flavored water. Fries were ok. Have had no problem with DQ in the past, would recommend to steer clear of this awful location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went in to check out the cakes and deals this location had because I have never been in this location. Staff where friendly and store was tidy. Only thing I could change was the side chatter that happened when I was there hence the 3 stars but I will be back to this location.

The lady (I believe she is an Asian) called the number my sister have in her receipt but apparently she gave a wrong order to my sister and she still has the audacity to get mad at my sister because my sister took the ice cream. Instead of saying sorry, she walk out and told the other lady(worker) to assist my sister. I do not recommend coming to this location at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 burgers, a kids meal, and some blizzards.
Some of the fries were still frozen, everything was cold to the point that the cheese that was on the burgers could not melt because it was most likely warmer than the burger.
Ordered a Sunday with the kids meal and found out when we got home they charged extra for the chocolate sauce on that as I guess a fudge Sunday doesn't include the topping.
Needless to say this place hasn't changed since the last time we went to this dump before the covid shutdowns
