★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is untrained, unprofessional and the restaurant is absolutly unsanitay. Their floor, counter tops and machines are disgusting. Everything is covert with ice cream, chocolate and dirt. The seating area looks exactly like a dog park... I'm more scared to get ffod poisoning then COVID in there. I'm happy to see that my friend's message to corporate didn't change anything. All that to say, please go somewhere else, the only thing you'll be ordering there is food poisoning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service at this location is slow enough to make you think you've accidentally wandered into a Starbucks. I can't help but feel that if the staff spent less time on their phones and Bluetooth speaker that maybe it wouldn't take so long. I know it's fan food and not fast food but maybe we could start at fast and work our way up.
At least the food was fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW has this location gone DOWNHILL! Not only is it DIRTY, I come here every January for my husband and son's birthday cake and this is the first time the cakes were SO MESSY looking I had to walk out. The last few years they always had great variety, especially for older males. now they're covered in icing and look like a child made them. Do they only hire pre teens here?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in looking for a cake for my husband’s birthday. Elise came to me and asked me if I needed help picking out a cake. When I didn’t like any of the design in the freezers, she offered to decorate a cake specifically for him on the spot!! It looked AWESOME!! Great job will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short staffed. Long wait for two Blizzards. Other customers got complimentary coupons for waiting so long but when it came to my friend and I nothing was offered. I only mention this because I believe if you are going to do that for one customer you should do it for them all. The cashier was lovely but was left to handle all the customers alone while the other staff took care of the food in the back. I hope she got a break soon after we left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time ordering a dq cake and I was not disappointed. I didn't really know what I wanted to order for my wife's birthday but Elise was very gracious and patient with me. She answered all my questions and concerns and helped me come up with a flavor and design. When I picked up the cake I was blown away and everyone loved it! Awesome job, 5 stars all around!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently the worst service of any location I have ever been to. Melted ice cream presented alongside lukewarm food because staff cant even be bothered to finish presenting a fully prepared order for someone before wandering off was the experience I had tonight. This level of service from staff can be considered the standard experience at this location. I no longer have enough faith in the capabilities of the staff here to trust that they wash their own hands, let alone anything else. That is the level of competence I see regularly displayed here — it is on a level that makes me doubt they can even do the legal requirements of their jobs right, let alone provide good service.
