Ordered from skip the dishes and I received this cold, dry, poorly made sandwich with next to no condiments. My fries were half full, dry, and cold. It all went in the garbage. I haven't tried my blizzard but i'm not expecting much.

Went thru drive thru to place an order. The person sho was taking the orders sounded like he didnt want to be there. Mumbled his words could hardly hear him. Ordered a flamethrower crispy chicken. I'm willing to pay almost 10.00 for a good burger. But this one was the worst I ever in my life had. Bread was dry. Chicken was crusty. The sauce was so thick it was falling all over my vehicle. No bacon. And it was the worse I have eaten. Last time I will be going here. I'll take my business to 22nd where I know I will get fresh chicken and the burger made right

Drive through with only 2 cars ahead expect to wait 20+ minutes. So incredibly slow I saw 4 cars give up and leave. Multiple days/times it doesn’t matter. Also very inconsistent quality (sundaes or other with barely any toppings and sometimes loaded).

If you’re on a meal break for work this is not the drive thru for you. I spent a half hour stuck in line behind three cars. Could have gotten served quicker at a sit in restaurant. I’ve had this experience at this location and the one on 22nd each time I go, so clearly despite the complaints I. The reviews they don’t want to do anything g about it, and I don’t know why I go back. I think this was the last time…

I can order the same thing five times in a row and it's always a different price. I don't know why it's always very slow but they're never very fast at the drive-thru or dine in.. Do not recommend... Wish something better would move into this spot.

Probably the worst DQ I’ve ever been to. Service is consistently slow despite a lack of patrons waiting in line both inside/ outside the business. Drive-thru worker rushed me through my order and cut me off while I was asking for a lid for my blizzard. After paying for my blizzard, the worker had the audacity to knock loudly on the counter in an effort to get my attention while I was merely looking out my windshield. I understand that it’s a DQ and not a Michelin-Star restaurant but I would rather have no customer service at all than have an employee literally bang their fist on the counter as a way of letting me know my food is ready. Do better.

Ordered from Skip tonight and the food was not even edible. The chicken bites were rock hard. Couldn't even bite it. Fries were WAY overcooked. Ordered an onion ring poutine and got just a regular poutine with 2 onion rings placed on top. Tasted very oily and burnt. Won't ever be ordering from that location again. Yuck!

I usually go there in evening, and staff is very polite and friendly. Now whenever I come on drive thru or visit store, they already know my order. I feel happy that this store is improving their customer service. I visit there after my work in evening and they always ask how my day was .. it feels good.
