★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an old Dainolite lamp&magnifier (20 years old). It served me VERY well for all these years until recently, when the little part that holds the head of the lamp broke, rendering it useless. I wrote to Dainolite customer service and they took the time to exchange emails with me and find out an equivalent replacement part (since the original no longer exists). They sent it to me for a few dollars+shipping over credit card. Thank you very much Elena and Dainolite. Very professional and it shows a company that cares about its customers. That is hard to find these days. Bravo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT ORDER FROM DAINOLITE!! Bought two lamps and one came broken. They will not replace it, they asked me to buy a new one even though it is very expensive. Makes no sense for the price to be so high if there’s a 50/50 chance your product will come broken. Very disappointed.
