The establishment was well done, I have no complaints about it. It is my first time eating this type of noodle soup and it was a good experience. I ordered the seafood soup and it was tasty enough for me and the fried chicken was well done. The speed of service was adequate. I may go back again if the weather gets cold and craving for a hot soup to stay warm.

Got the braised beef and pork in bone noodle. I thought this place was like taiwanese noodles but it was more like a combination of the individual hotpot bowls and korean pork bone soup. It was difficult to eat with all the meat stuck on the bone. The taste was alright but not amazing. I know they offer free noodle refills though which is nice. Some of the other menu items looked interesting so I would want to try those next time. We also got the chicken wings which was very good and is the reason why Im giving a four star instead of three. The atmosphere was not too bad. Kind of felt more like a fast food restaurant from the feel of it. Update: I came back again and tried their original pork rice noodle and liked it a lot more than the pork bone soup I had before. They give you all the ingredients to add into the bowl yourself so it is kind of fun.

Not bad overall but gimmicky and not terribly satisfying at the end of the meal. The idea of all the soup contents served raw on the side is a fun novelty but ultimately you realize you end up with very little stuff actually in the soup to eat. The noodle soups are called "crossing the bridge" because the idea is that you drag the rice noodles from their bowl into the big soup bowl, thus creating a "bridge" that the noodles cross. The soup itself is not bad in flavor but salty and difficult to drink much of. The noodles are just standard round rice noodles with some bounciness.

It's a neat and tidy noodle shop. There are many choices on soups with different favor. The key selling point of this noodle restaurant is the 150 degree hot soup of which you need to place the specific meat ordered first followed by remaining small dishes. The taste is pretty good and you can refill the noodle one more time free of charge. The servers are very friendly and nice. It's a good choice at very reasonable price.

Top notch eatery to have a hot bowl of rice noodle soup. Fresh ingredients are brought to the table with a boiling hot soup base. Since the bowl is extremely hot, the noodle soup is kept hot until the last spoonful of soup. Great food and fantastic experience.

Tried this new place out and i thought it was pretty decent. Unfortunately it just takes awhile to get your food and hence the 3 stars (came before11:30 and food did not arrive until 12:30). Tried the signature rice soup with braised bone pork & the sour/spicy rice noodle soup with pulled pork. Both are good dishes. Interesting experience. You get a hot pot (comes boiling) and you put the noodles + ingredients into the bowl.

I was craving a bowl of steaming, soupy noodles on a chilly Friday evening. Having passed by this place multiple times before, I decided to finally give it a try. To my surprise, the restaurant was completely empty. The noodle pricing was reasonable, especially the fact it comes with one free re-fill of noodles. I wanted something spicy so I opted for the Mala pork slice noodles. They had 3 different spice levels and I decided to be daring and choose the β€œspiciest” level. Sadly, it wasn’t very spicy at all (there was barely any numbing feeling from the mala flavour and the broth was quite bland). The noodles were chewy and well-cooked though! I also ordered a side dish of beef slice/tripe with chilli sauce. It was part of their β€œrecommended dish,” which I did enjoy. Service was prompt but it wasn’t great. It was my first time there and it would’ve been a better experience if they were a bit more welcoming. The server came by once at the end of my dining for a water refill and asked if I wanted refill of noodles. They never came by once to ask how the food was. Both servers were on their phones the entire time. Overall, very mediocre experience. Likely will not be returning.

Having moved to Calgary from China, I am always looking for spots with authentic food and this place did not disappoint! Came in for some hot noodles and tea on a -25Β°C day out and was the perfect meal for warming up. I had the noodles with fresh shrimps, tossed cucumber in garlic sauce and deep-fried pumpkin pancake with red bean paste. The service was great and they bring the food out super quickly, with the soup in a hot bowl that you pour the noodles into yourself! My only complaint was that the soup was a little bland, but I asked for a spicy sauce and they came with one that made the soup taste more like ι…ΈθΎ£ζΉ― (Chinese hot and sour soup), which was great! Would definitely go back to try more off the menu.
