He also tried his very best to give us the best deal from the landlord, even though we were so short for time and funds. I would definitely deal with Jim again.

I regret the fact that I did not know Jim prior to my first real estate purchase, but will definitely be using D.S McCullough Realty LTD. when I purchase my next property. It is rare to see an individual put such time and effort into educating someone without a chance of commission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We flew to Thunder Bay from southern Ontario for a weekend to look at a potential rental property to purchase for our daughter at Lakehead University. We met Jim on Saturday morning and were immediately impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine personality. By lunch, we had found the place we wanted and Jim set to work to get it for us. It was not a simple, or easy, sale. However, Jim worked tirelessly around the clock for the next two weeks (even closing the deal while on a family vacation). Jim did not stop working after the closing date; he continued to act on our behalf well after the deal was done.
Jim is a man of integrity and morals in a time when such values are sadly scarce. I'd STRONGLY recommend Jim McCullough as a realtor to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m so glad I choose Jim McCullough of D.S. McCullough Realty Ltd. Brokerage to handle the sale of my condo in Thunder Bay! I don’t live in Thunder Bay and Jim stepped right in to send me current photos of the condo and provide advice about what minor repairs and upgrades would be worthwhile (or not) in preparing the condo for sale. He also provided suggestions of contractors to use and coordinated with them. Jim’s advice saved me a lot of time and money.
Jim’s knowledge of the market and his expert due diligence and research to find comparable sales and pricing was key to the successful sale. Jim is very thorough and made sure I understood all aspects of the sale process and the paperwork involved.
Jim is highly professional, experienced and trustworthy. I heartily recommend using the services of Jim McCullough of D.S. McCullough Realty Ltd. Brokerage.
